Quality Centre mall in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

Quality Centre mall in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, is the largest air-conditioned mall in the Region, with a net rentable area of approximately 30,000 Sq. Mt, fully developed to international standards with secured parking bays, large sized lobbies and corridors, escalators and elevators.

Quality Centre houses various business establishments catering to every need of its visitors. The tenant mix includes an East African supermarket chain, specialty stores, modern cinema halls with latest digital equipment and projection systems, international and local food courts/restaurants, and variety of leisure facilities, including a family entertainment centre including Tanzania’s First Ice Skating Rink and other conveniences.

Quality Plaza is a landmark office complex on Nyerere Road, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The 15,000 Sq Mt office complex is constructed according to international standards and is regarded as a landmark building because of its unique design and many state-of-the-art features. Hifadhi Export Processing Zone, Ubungo, Dar Es Salaam

RUCO is proud to be associated with the first Export Processing Zone (EPZ) in Tanzania, developed by Quality Group Limited (QGL). The project was in Ubungo, Dar es Salaam. A pioneering initiative in the country, the EPZ promoted by QGL has triggered export led industrialisation in Tanzania.

The project involved installation and commissioning of a ferry across Utete river crossing in Dar es Salaam, which has been executed by US Bridge Inc., USA in strategic partnership with MN Ship Builders, India and Quality Extended Enterprises Limited.

Stone Town Village Project, Zanzibar

Stone Town Village Limited (STV) is implementing a world class hospitality township at the present Bwawani Hotel property site and adjacent land at Zanzibar.

The development project is located in an area of approximately 59 acres including reclamation area at the present Bwawani Hotel property.

STV: Redevelopment of Bwawani Hotel

STV intends to redevelop and refurbish the 120 keys Bwawani Hotel as a Five-star hotel property. Originally built in 1970, Bwawani Hotel has been a destination hotel for international tourists.

STV: Residential Towers , Private Villas, Shopping Arcarde, International Convention Centre

STV also envisages provision of high end, thriving, city life opportunity at the location by developing 12 residential towers. These towers would incorporate a total of 1,375 apartments amply supported with common areas and facilities. The towers would be strategically located in the development area providing commanding views of the Indian Ocean/Historic Stone Town. The uniqueness of design of towers provides for and appeals to both with a sense of quiet and serene life at home with the picturesque landscape and the tranquility of the surroundings and those with an inclination for a more outgoing nature of life with world-class amenities and facilities.

STV: Marina Centre

Akin to the standards of life envisioned in the development, STV intends to provide 124 high-class fully equipped Slip Marinas in the development. The facility would be used by the residents along with tourists visiting Zanzibar. The Marinas would provide a unique nautical experience in an internationally-inspired destination along domestic shores
