Site Development
RUCO’s site development, redevelopment and site servicing expertise is recognized throughout the region. As a sole destination service provider, RUCO works closely with its customers from the early stages of design through to the ribbon-cutting of their new development. From project planning and scheduling to sourcing high-grade materials and using the most efficient equipment, the company is committed to achieving the best functional and aesthetic result for its customers, all while ensuring safety and respect for the environment.
Construction Material Supply
RUCO undertakes execution of large procurement orders for supply of construction material for clients in Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique and GCC countries.
RUCO has been effectively managing the entire supply chain in this on-going contract – from sourcing, shipment, quality assurance, logistics to local delivery and distribution. Execution of such large orders is normally spread over about two to three years in accordance with the clients’ project implementation plan.
Development Consultancy
RUCO offers land development consulting services providing turnkey support for facility expansion and building projects. Services may be solicited independently or as an entire program.
The company has provided services coordinating and administrating the required approvals with different municipal and state authorities on projects in all industries served. Having personnel that serve on zoning boards, planning commissions, historical commissions, land trust boards, and the like offers RUCO the knowledge and experience necessary to assist clients’ land development activities.
Programme Management
RUCO offers complete program management services as an owner’s representative. Acting as the Owner’s agent-liaison point of control, RUCO oversees, manages and administrates the entire project or portion desired. Program management consulting services function as if RUCO was the real estate construction department in client’s firm. In this capacity, RUCO reports, coordinates, oversees, and works within the goals/parameters you define. The company offers its development-construction expertise needed to achieve clients’ goals.
